Which video conferencing system do you use?
Although our facilitators are skilled at using a variety of video conferencing platforms to deliver across the globe. Zoom is always our preference for the best participant experience.

How do you design virtual training?
To ensure virtual deliveries are scalable and memorable, we consider how many people are attending, how they can interact, and what we want them to do before and after the training. Training programs are tailored to meet those requirements.

How do you maintain engagement?
We have adapted the video-conferencing technology to replicate some of the physical techniques we utilise in our face-to-face training. We use break out rooms to facilitate group discussions and practical exercises. Chat functionality and polls are also used to aid continued engagement while flip-charts and whiteboards allow us to build frameworks on screen.

How many people can we train virtually?
We are happy to deliver at scale for keynotes and large masterclasses. Depending on the outcomes required we limit the number of attendees. Virtual deliveries should be treated with the same respect as face-to-face training. We recommend multiple sessions to be used to deliver on scale to larger groups or divisions where a deeper behavioural shift is required.

Are your facilitators trained to deliver virtually?
Our facilitators and coaches utilise their executive presence, energy and voice to command attention and keep attendees’ focus away from distractions. With the tools to build rapport with participants quickly, they draw on years of experience delivering in virtual training environments to provide expert results.
