Jamie Mushin brings more than 20 years of coaching and facilitation experience, working with people from C-suite, and senior executives through to middle managers, emerging leaders, graduates, and school students. He supports clients in strengthening the skills that shape performance every day: leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, influence, and presentation.
His path into this work began in business, after earlier roles in accounting and a brief period in the film industry. From there, Jamie followed a strong interest in human behaviour, mindfulness, and personal effectiveness, combining that with post-graduate study in counselling and performance psychology. He went on to teach interpersonal skills, self-esteem, and motivation at the Australian College of Applied Psychology and delivered intensive programs designed to shift belief systems, thinking patterns, and motivation.
Over the course of his career, Jamie has worked across finance, health, local government, technology, retail, beauty, insurance, banking, and trade businesses. He has coached and facilitated at all levels of an organisation, working one-to-one and with groups from 5 to 50 people. His focus is practical and human: helping people communicate with more clarity, lead with greater self-awareness, and contribute more effectively in the moments that matter.
Jamie is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. For him, the most rewarding part of the work is seeing clients grow in confidence and capability, then carry those changes beyond work into their teams, families, and wider relationships.
