Lauren Hancock is a coach and Registered Psychologist with experience across healthcare, resources, local government, education and the not-for-profit sector. She supports leaders and teams to navigate complex people challenges with greater clarity, confidence and self-awareness.
Originally trained as a therapist, Lauren has worked in organisational development since 2010. Her work includes leadership and mental health programs, executive education, team coaching and leadership development in both Australian and international contexts. She has also designed and led multi-day residential leadership programs and served as Program Director for several retreats.
As a coach, Lauren works with leaders from emerging talent through to senior executives and C-suite roles. She supports clients through promotions, career transitions and organisational change, with a focus on helping them strengthen both the inner and outer skills of leadership. Her approach is evidence-based, practical and deeply human. She believes that coaching is a conversation that helps people understand themselves more clearly and create meaningful change in how they lead.
