Her legal background and career spanning over 35 years gives her unique insights and the ability to “deep dive” swiftly to the core issues and challenges her clients face in fast-moving commercial markets internationally.
She empowers leaders and professionals to achieve optimal fiscal outcomes and add value in all areas of their operations, whilst enhancing their communication, leadership and stakeholder relationship skills.
Elspeth has worked with a variety of industry sectors, ranging from global corporations to small start-ups as well as government ministries including the Ministry of Defence (MOD). Sectors include: aerospace, banking, chemicals, education, energy, food retailing, healthcare, insurance, legal, natural resources, property, packaging, pharmaceuticals, publishing and I.T. Elspeth’s enthusiasm for empowering clients through her practical, ‘hands on’, highly interactive, inclusive and encouraging facilitation style enables her clients to come away with greater individual insights, understanding and self awareness. As a mentor and coach, Elspeth helps others to have the confidence to shape their own future pathways.
