How can you prove the effectiveness of face-to-face training?
Our mission is to make every participant learning experience world-class. We work hard to maintain the average training NPS score of 94. Our facilitators sustain an average NPS of 97 and our average participation rate is 90%.

How does CJM use a blended learning approach?
We recommend a blended learning approach for nearly all our programs that are more than 3-hours. This may involve online training modules to upskill prior to a live workshop. A base level of competence prior to the session is created and facilitators gain an understanding of the people in the room.

Or this could be intersessional or post workshop online training to extend understanding and encourage participants practice their new skills.

What are the advantages of a blended learning?
The use of a flipped classroom approach is efficient for facilitators, allowing them to kick-start training with a base level of skill, and deeper understanding of the group.

It amplifies the impact of the face-to-face time, providing opportunities for participants to reflect, deepen and sustain their learning.

Lastly, it helps deeply engage the participants. Reaching them in a variety of ways allowing them to absorb the new information in a way that suits them and gives them multiple opportunities to seek support.

How do you ensure the quality of your facilitators and coaches?
To become an accredited coach with us is an exacting process. In addition to the benchmark requirement of many years of recognised experience in their fields, Co-Founder’s Colin James and Erica Bagshaw personally mentor and rigorously train prospective coaches to ensure they meet CJM standards. Hours of rehearsals and attendance at The Colin James Method® training is required. Accreditation is granted once it is clear that not only is the content deeply embedded, but also our coaches and facilitators are living and breathing the methodology.
