Andrew works internationally as a keynote speaker, facilitator, and coach. Passionate about people and education, he brings over twenty-five years of experience in helping organisations identify their key challenges and developing the capability to overcome them.
While Andrew addresses many organisational development needs, the core of his work is cultural transformation. Typically, this includes leadership and management development, team building, advanced communication skills and change management. With a deep understanding of why people and their cultures resist learning and change, his pragmatic approach has enabled him to help many of Australia’s leading organisations in both the public and private sectors.
Curious by nature and always looking for more effective ways to engage and explain, Andrew focuses on cultivating curiosity as a catalyst for learning, problem-solving and innovation. He has delivered many keynotes on “Cultivating Curiosity” including at the International Conference on Thinking in Kuala Lumpur.
