Paul’s approach to facilitation and coaching is a unique synthesis of 29 years of experience in leadership, sales, natural health and martial arts. This eclectic background underpins Paul’s multidisciplinary approach and systemic thinking when working with individuals and organisations to discover their latent talents and resources.
His diverse experience includes facilitating and coaching at all seniority levels in the fields of leadership, communication, resilience, mindfulness, customer experience, change management, team building, conflict resolution, negotiation and influence.
Paul worked as an inhouse facilitator at Suncorp for 5 and half years, where he delivered training in face-to-face and live online formats to 15,000 staff within Australia and New Zealand. During his tenure at Suncorp, Paul was involved in the design and facilitation of workshops to support large-scale change management initiatives such as the Legacy Simplification Program, Leading Diverse and Dispersed Teams and workplace safety and wellbeing initiatives.
He is also regularly engaged by Swinburne Professional, Australian Institute of Management (AIM), Leadership Victoria and the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) to design and deliver bespoke programs and facilitate their accredited and non-accredited public programs.
